Michal Karnet, Certified Economist

Michal Karnet is a consultant and trainer for Interquality, s. r. o. in the field of business and manager skills. He studied corporate management at the C.S.I. Commercial Academy in Prague. He has been systematically educating himself and working in adult education since 1999.
In years 1998 – 1999 Michal Karnet worked as an internal trainer in Winterthur Insurance Company, a.s. where he prepared and delivered seminars and trainings for external financial consultants. At the same time he also provided sales support.
He also worked as an internal trainer for Česká Spořitelna, a. s. - Investment Company (a savings bank) in years 1999 - 2002. There he created and trained a number of courses for financial consultants, focused mainly on products and selling argumentation. He also trained salesmen and provided sales support. He is a co-author of several argumentation and selling aids.
While working for Česká Spořitelna, a. s. - Investment Company, Michal Karnet closely co-operated with the internal educational centre of Česká Spořitelna, a. s. - “The Savings Academy”, where he provided expert product oriented courses.

 

Ing. Miroslav Kohl, CSc.

Miroslav is a senior trainer and consultant of InterQuality for the area of quality management systems, Six Sigma, company strategy creation, process and project management, data analysis, education strategy and evaluation of its effectiveness. He has broad professional experience from many important organizations.
Miroslav graduated from Czech Technical University, Faculty of Chemistry, worked in the Institute of Physics and was a member of several international research teams. He completed a two-year residency program at Queen’s University in Canada. He is an author of many publications in international scientific journals. He gave lectures at universities in Montreal, Edmonton and Los Angeles.
Miroslav completed a few courses and gained personal certification: lead auditors of quality systems according to the methodology of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance in Great Britain, training in the USA focused on implementation of quality management systems in automobile industry QS 9000, Six Sigma program at Motorola University in the USA and courses/workshops of project management according to PMI methodology in Dubai, UAE.  He is a certified Black Belt by ASQ and principal auditor of QMS registered by IRCA. Miroslav is also member of the Committee for Quality Control at Czech Standard Institute. 

 

RNDr. Marcela Laštovičková, CSc

She is a senior trainer and consultant of INTERQUALITY, Ltd. in the field of development of human resources and effective methods of team work, education of strategy and evaluation of its effectiveness, process quality management and preparation firm’s strategies. She is author of study materials for clients and author of consulting projects.
Marcela Laštovičková graduated on, Charles University, the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. She worked as a scientist and published many papers in international scientific journals. She has rich experience in lecturing at universities and international conferences; she was Associated Professor at Technical University, Florence.
She worked as International Program Manager in collaboration with the Management Centre Europe and simultaneously as a secretary of the Society for Strategic Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
She completed a few training programs for lecturers of methods of creative problem solving, effective communication and team work (Synectics, Ltd.), course for chief auditors of quality management systems according to the methodology of the Buerau Veritas Quality International and ISO 9000:2000 Transition Auditor Training Course, certified by IRCA/2146.
As a trainer or a consultant she worked for many Czech and Slovak enterprises. She is a member of the Association of Management Trainers and Consultants.  She acted as an external evaluator of the Czech Quality Award Association.

 

PhDr. Zdenko Matula

Zdenko Matula is a consultant and trainer of InterQuality s.r.o. He graduated from psychology at the J. A. Komenský University in Bratislava. Since 1983 he has been working on use and application of group dynamics in various fields of societal practice. During the years 1984 - 1986, he completed the training in the group forms of corrective and psychotherapeutic work organized by the Research Institute of Pediatric Psychology and Pathopsychology in Bratislava; in 1988, he completed the training course of client-oriented group counselling and psychotherapy, organized by The Person-Centered Approach Institute International, USA.
He is very experienced in measuring the in-company culture and in leading social skills training courses focused on interpersonal communication improvement, teamwork and effective management and motivation of people.
During the years 1990 - 1996, he worked in many managerial posts in the state administration; he completed the trainings in Manager Skills at Civil Service College in the UK.
He is the author of the following courses: Group Dynamics Management,  Communication Processes Management, Assertiveness as an Extended Communication Skill and the co-author of many training products of InterQuality. As an author or co-author, he takes part in the preparation of study materials and consultancy projects of the firm.
He actively cooperates with the Faculty of Philosophy of the Charles University in Prague in the field of postgraduate education of psychologists.

 

Ing. Ivan Miller

Ivan Miller works as senior consultant and trainer for InterQuality in the field of Quality system implementation, process improvement and industrial statistics. Ivan studied design of electrical machinery at the Czech Technical University. During his engineering practice he designed apparatus for nuclear electronics and handling of radioactive material, automation of production processes and utilisation of computers in measurement and analysis of nuclear data.
In 1993 Ivan Miller spent several months at the Management Centre of the University of Bradford and the European TQM Centre in Bradford.
Ivan is author or co-author of quality-oriented courseware and writes articles on Process improvement, SPC and Design of Experiments. Currently he co-ordinates InterQuality projects in the field of process improvement and ISO 9000. He has led numerous process improvement projects in the fields of automotive industry, plastics, electronic components, steel etc.
Mr. Miller has received IRCA recognised ISO 9000 lead assessor training in the U.K. and following the required practice became a QMS auditor with the Prague office of Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.
In 2000 Ivan Miller received the “Jonah” training in the Theory of Constraints and is a Certified Expert in Supply Chain management. He is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

 Vladimír Nálevka

Ing. Vladimír Nálevka

Vladimír Nálevka is a partner and senior consultant in Interquality, s.r.o. He acquired his university degree in economics at the University of Economics in Prague. During his stay in the USA in 1994 Vladimír Nálevka studied HRD in leading companies in New York, Minnesota, Michigan and Florida. He participated in the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School, Harvard University in 1999 and in KENSS negotiation training in the UK in 2000.
He leads both public and in-company negotiation skills training programs. As a consultant or trainer he has worked with numerous Czech and international clients (AutoCont CZ a.s., Česká Spořitelna a.s., Danone a.s., Elatec GmbH, Muenchen, Hewlett-Packard s.r.o., Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka a.s., Komerční banka a.s., Pivovary Staropramen a.s., Raiffeisenbank a.s., Sanofi-Aventis, Škoda Auto a.s., Tatra banka a.s., Bratislava).
Vladimír Nálevka teaches negotiation also in Czech governmental offices (Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior and Office of the Government). He also has been teaching international negotiation at the International Institute of Political Science of Masaryk University, Brno. Vladimír Nálevka led the “Negotiation 2007” seminar together with Dr. William L. Ury, co-founder of the famous Harvard Program on Negotiation.
As an expert in negotiation he publishes in the media and co-operates with the Czech TV and Czech Radio. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

 

Mgr. Jakub Švec

At the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts at Charles University in Prague he graduated in two fields: philosophy and education. In the field of education he specialized in school education and personal and social development.
He attended a great number of social-psychological trainings, trainings in communication, outdoor trainings and one-year course in group psychotherapy.
He has been working in the field of adult education since 1996. He has worked as a teacher at various types of schools (e. g. a class teacher at high school) and he currently teaches at Charles University. In commercial sphere he has worked e. g. as a project manager, he created and led a teambuilding course for Prague Magistrate. He has worked for and cooperated with many insurance companies and manufacturing firms.
He focuses on social psychology and experiential education. He teaches for example the following topics: assertiveness, effective communication, conflict management and motivation. For a long time he has also specialized in outdoor trainings, which focus especially on teambuilding and teamwork. From 1998 to 2002 he led a team of trainers, who prepared and lead outdoor as well as indoor trainings.
He is a licensed instructor of rope activities. He enjoys developing and testing new strategy games and focuses on reviewing and reflecting the experiential learning.
He is an external teacher at Charles University in Prague (he lectures at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts and at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics). He is currently attending a doctorate program in education. He works in the field of teachers’ education and publishes expert articles.
He works as a consultant and trainer for Interquality s.r.o., where he specializes in teambuilding and teamwork, communication, assertiveness, self-management, negotiation and other soft skills indoor and outdoor trainings.

 

Mgr. Marek Bakalář

Marek Bakalář works as a consultant and trainer for Interquality spol. s r.o. in the field of selling and management skills, presentation skills and effective communication.
He graduated from the Faculty of Education at Charles University in Prague.
After 2 years teaching experience he worked for 13 years for commercial companies, 9 years out of that in managerial positions, last time as a Country Manager of the Czech subsidiary of Esselte, leading global office supplies manufacturer.
He has a wide experience with management and leadership, coaching and motivating people. He has also gained practical experience with selling and negotiation throughout all levels of business. During his business experience he has passed many training programs in the field of sales, management and leadership, presentation skills and communication. That is why the theoretical issues are closely connected to his business experience in his trainings.
As the author or co-author, he takes part in the preparation of study materials and consultancy projects of the firm.
