Six Sigma Green Belt
Six Sigma Green Belt qualified people are the main driving force for improving processes. Interquality prepares tailor-made Green Belt programs for its clients so that they would make the best of the improvement potentials within the company. The Green Belt course consists of three training modules in a total length of 7 to 15 days and for its completion the participants are required to present their individual projects. Advanced Product Quality Planning – APQP
The intention of APQP is to:
- Understand customer requirements fully and timely and be prepared that requirements will change
- Effectively manage resources in order to fulfill customer requirements.
- Mediate communication within the organization as well as with customers and/or suppliers
The content of this course - Advanced Product Quality Planning - is not only based on the APQP manual but it also introduces other ways of assuring the continual improvement, such as i.e. TOC (Theory of Constraints), recommended in QS-9000.

This course is aimed to prevent problems with new product approval:
- Formal deficiencies
- Missing documents
- Loss of future business
Production Part Approval Process – this course is based on explaining the requirements from PPAP manual, it especially focuses on understanding their meaning and practical application when filling in the PSW form.

FMEA – Failure Mode Effects Analysis
The FMEA analysis will enable reveal production process or service process risk, as well as risk associated with new product design. FMEA is a method which enables you to systematically search for such possible risks, evaluate them and suggest adequate possible solutions. Nowadays it is common i.e. in car industry, but it keeps being applied and is recommended i.e. in food processing industry within HCCP, and also in services – i.e. while evaluating the risk of clients’ possible complaints etc. During the process FMEA course a part of the training takes place on the shopfloor, during design FMEA a concrete product of the organisation is analyzed.

MSA – Measurement System Analysis
Measurement System Analysis determines, if a given measurement process is adequate for a given product or manufacturing process. In many cases MSA is surprisingly uncomplicated, while in other cases sophisticated statistical tools are needed. The course is designed in line with the third edition of the AIAG MSA manual and is delivered in a clear and comprehensible way, emphasizing concrete applications. During the course we not only address the issues of repeatability of the classical measurement instruments but also the automated measurement systems, visual control or testers. The participants shall plan, realize and analyse MSA for hands-on examples of variables and attributes measurement.

SPC – Statistical Process Control
Statistical Process Control helps to optimize the way we control processes in manufacturing as well as in nonmanufacturing applications – banking, telecommunication or healthcare. The two day basic SPC course will teach you practical ways for process analysis and how to design a rational process control pattern on the basis of this analysis. You shall draw your own Ishikawa diagram, perform your Pareto analysis, histogram and various types of control charts. The course is based on a series of case studies. Those may be prepared from the data provided by the client. Computers and modern data analysis SW are being used throughout the course. Follow-up consultancy with introduction and optimization of SPC is a standard part of this course.

DOE - Basics
The DOE basic course will show you the capability of this most powerful tool of process improvement. The participants shall plan, design, perform and analyse an experiment, where a real process is substituted by a computer based simulator. The two day course will answer the question, what we can expect from DOE in the practical work life and according to that to decide about next steps. The enhanced DOE course shall teach the methodology of experiment planning, design and analysis. The course is divided in two parts. During the first part the participants, working in groups will plan and design an experiment within the real settings of their company. The basic skills and needed consultancy are provided on-line. In the second part the contributions of experiments, including economical contributions, are evaluated and next utilization of DOE is proposed. During this two day course, based dominantly on Interquality practical experience, the participants will learn how to analyse process capability in basic as well as complex and automated manufacturing processes. The challenges for such analysis are:
- Highly non-normal measurement distributions
- One-sided specifications
- High subgroup-to-subgroup or within subgroup variability
You will learn to distinguish between the Cp, Cpk and Pp, Ppk capability indices. During the course we shall analyze the data, presented by participants from their own processes.

The requirement for product liability awareness is introduced by the automotive industry Q standards. The content of the course is based especially on QS-9000, VDA6.1, ISO/TS 16949, Zákon č. 22 Sb. (Czech Law) and the European Directive 98/27/EC completing 85/374/EEC “Product Responsibility“.
