TRAINING PROGRAMMES ACCREDITED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, YOUTH AND SPORTS

 

QUALITY TECHNICIAN


Classroom study, duration 123 hours
The successful participant shall be able to fulfi l a number of tasks in Quality, namely he/she shall:

  • understand the basic concepts in the fi eld of quality and be able to make use
    of them in everyday practice,
  • be able to lead a team, to obtain, collate and process information from team
    members,
  • understand Quality Management Systems, be able to interpret
    the requirements of Quality Management Standards in the context of his/her
    own organisation,
  • understand the concept of statistical thinking and interpretation of data, be
    able to analyse manufacturing processes,
  • know the Czech Metrology Act and be able to fulfi l its requirements in
    corporate settings,
  • know basic concepts of measurement and testing, be able to perform
    a measurement system analysis and interpret the result,
  • know the requirements for the conduct of audits, be able to plan/implement a process
    and product audit and evaluate the results,
  • be able to establish causes of nonconformities, implement and review corrective and preventive
    action, be able to perform a design and/or process FMEA.

 

EFFECTIVE MANAGER

(in concordance with the management standards of the EU /Management Standards Centre) Classroom study, duration 138 hours The successful participant shall:

  • set attainable, measurable and concrete objectives,
  • be able to ensure smooth running of meetings,
  • manage team processes in order to attain goals effectively,
  • select management styles according to given situation,
  • motivate peers and subordinates effectively,
  • foster relationships while communicating, communicate clearly, provide effi cient feedback and
    resolve confl ict,
  • understand assertiveness and utilise basic assertive techniques in practice,
  • know basic creative problem solving strategies and use them in practical settings,
  • be able to utilise process models,
  • master basic project management skills.
