ABOUT US
Our commitment

Quality

Both the expertise and presentation skills of our lecturers are regularly evaluated and enhanced. Customer feedback serves as a strong motivator for quality improvement. All Interquality lecturers serve also as consultants and are well conscious of the connection of the seminar content with corporate practice. Most lecturers also actively contribute to course design.

All Interquality lecturers are members of staff, which enables us to invest heavily in their professional development. Regular attendance of our lecturers and consultants on conferences and professional events abroad as well as long term study visits with our British and U.S. partners form a standard.

We take great pride in being an independent think-tank with our own research. On the other hand, we co-operate with leading professional bodies. Those contacts support a steady flow of state-of-the-art information both in the areas of our professional competence and instructional design. The years spent working with Czech clients enable us to blend an international knowledge base with the specifics of local corporate culture.

Flexibility

Interquality is open to the needs and suggestions of our clients, concerning both the form and content of co-operation. This means, that our clients may select a “catalogue” training, or, we may design and perform training on the basis of training needs evaluation. Another form of co-operation is consultancy, aimed at individual problems, or complex consulting projects.

In all our previous contracts, especially complex ones, our flexible approach has proved to be effective. Interquality is prepared to react in a flexible manner to changes of terms and priorities during the assignment. We are also prepared to react on the customer feedback in order to maximise training impact.

Tailored solutions

Our own R&D is prepared to tailor training to the exact needs of our clients and to integrate case studies from the clients’ environment. 94 % of our training projects are tailor fit for concrete clients. It is customary to include real and model situations from the client environment into training content and courseware. When designing a training, we always respect the objectives and priorities of our clients. Our clients have always perceived our ability of fine-tuning the contents of training modules as a strong differentiator, as a symbol of outstanding quality of our services.

Practical application of acquired knowledge and skills

Clients often ask about the measurable effects of our projects. When the project goal is, for instance, certification to the ISO 9001 standard or production line optimisation, the metrics are straightforward. But what about the gains of soft-skill training? This is more difficult and we accept the challenge. In cooperation with our clients we use a four tier model for training efficiency assessment:

  • Immediate trainee feedback after the end of training
  • Learning process (acquired skills and knowledge)
  • Impact on work behaviour of individual trainees
  • Training ROI in the context of the whole company.

Training should be perceived as a strategic investment, not a mere cost. We are aware of our responsibility to make this happen.
