Basics of Constructive Communication 

You will learn to establish and develop relations, to use the symmetric and asymmetric communication adequately, to communicate the objective matters clearly, briefly and comprehensibly. You will manage to reduce the mistakes in communication, eventually partner’s fouls.

Assertive Skills

After completing this course you will be able to defend your rights better, without causing the others harm. You will learn what assertiveness is and how to work with it. You will also gain better self-confidence while communicating with the others. The course includes both training of the specific chosen assertive techniques (i.e. coping with critique and aggression, justified claims achievement, etc.) and solving the practical communication situations which the participants bring to the course. Role-plays take a big part of the course.

Interpersonal Conflict Management

You will learn to anticipate the interpersonal conflicts occurrence and to solve the occurred conflict situations constructively.

Leading People

During this course you will learn which leadership styles there are and how to work with them with regard to specific situations (when to command, when to listen, when to do nothing and when to use coaching). During the role-plays you will try and practice solving various situations from the managers’ work. Completing this course will enable you to choose the correct style of leadership in various situations and also improve your leadership skills.

Merger Doctor

Merger and acquisition, as we call it when companies join up, have recently become an important trend. This course is made as a practical workshop and its objective is to help the chief workers to manage this challenge, especially its “soft processes”. During the course you will learn how to manage the changes caused by merging two (or more) companies (i.e. when the different organization cultures “bump in each other”). You will have a chance to identify fears and problems you can expect in such a situation and how to deal with them. Therefore this course is intended especially for those companies, which have recently come through merger or are passing through it at the moment or are going to experience it.

Employees’ Motivation and Coaching

The objective of this course is to learn coaching our subordinate employees. We will go through the coaching process and its particular phases. We will learn how to lead the coached person to develop his/her potential. We will practice coaching during role-plays. In the second part of the course we will analyze the tools we mostly use for increasing our subordinates’ motivation. Time Management

This course is intended for all who want to improve in self-management and time management skills. You will learn how to set objectives, how to work with priorities and how to plan your own time. There are two main ways how to save your time (do less and work faster). During the course you will learn to use both these ways so that you really save your time (we are mostly inspired by S. R. Covey). The feedback we get from our participants three months after the course shows us, that thanks to completing this course they manage to save a great amount of their time.

During this course the participants focus on stress prevention and management. They will learn what stress is, what it develops from and how to recognize that we are stressed. They will acquire some chosen skills, which can prevent the occurrance of stressful situations around them (i.e. time management skills or some chosen assertive techniques, especially how to say “no”). They will practice some tools in model situations i.e. during role-plays. They will also improve in self-management (i.e. the attitude to problem solving, positive thinking, healthy lifestyle and relaxation).
